MONDAYS 10-11 AM Combo Prenatal and Postnatal (Baby + Me) Yoga
This class is designed for mama’s who are expecting or in the first few months with a new baby, whether its your first or fifth! Enjoy connecting with your baby, reconnecting with your body, and growing a community of new moms in our Combo Prenatal Postnatal Yoga class. Build strength, comfort, and ease in this new and ever changing role as Mama. Crying, sleeping, and feeding are all part of this class designed for newborns to first birthdays. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket for baby, and whatever else you might need. First Class is always free!
Come flow into motherhood with Elizabeth as she helps you to stay fit and prepare for birth while you gain strength, support, and wisdom during prenatal yoga. Designed for mamas-to-be in their first, second, or third trimesters to relieve the aches and pains, connect with your growing baby, and learn techniques that will help you as you grow into motherhood. Please bring your own yoga mat. First class is always free!

Designed specifically for pregnancy, our prenatal yoga classes offer space for you to slow down and restore while building a community for years to come. Classes will utilize yoga asana and pranyama to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina in preparation for the birth of your baby. Poses address common aches and pains to create relaxation and comfort in your blossoming body. Stay for tea following class with other expecting parents!

Mindful Flow Yoga Sunday 9:30 AM
This is a powerful and energetic class to start your Sunday as you consciously flow through postures, building heat, strength, and length in your body. It’s slower paced than a traditional Vinyasa flow class as we like to focus on alignment.
Gentle Yoga Sunday at 11:00 AM + Wednesday at 9:30
A great class for beginners, this gentle class best fits you if you have an injury, feeling low energy, or pregnant. This is a non-intimidating class good for all ages and experience levels. We will focus on breaking down each pose, proper alignment, and the use of props to achieve optimal positioning.
Gentle Back Yoga Sunday at 8:15 AM + Wednesday at 8:15 AM
These transformative classes will integrate a therapeutic, alignment-based, mat practice with a simple soothing meditation. This class will help you with core strength, spine alignment, and proper posture.

This class is designed for the young family in mind. Suitable for pregnant and postpartum mamas, bring your baby, toddler, preschooler or school-age kid(s) along with your partner, neighbor, friend, ect. Class is designed for all ages and all levels to be able to participate. We ask for 1 adult per 1 child between ages 0-5. If your child is over the age of 5 or able to follow 1 hour of instruction quietly then you (1 adult) may bring more than one child with you.
Babies are 100% welcomed and all things that come along with them (feedings, diaper changes, crying ect – please bring a separate blanket for baby to lay on). We will try to incorporate toddlers as much as possible into the yoga poses, but please bring some self-directed quiet toys for toddlers to help them entertain themselves.
