Prenatal Yoga Series @ Go Inward in Long Beach, CA
SUNDAYS 6:00 – 7:30 PM 6 Week Series
Join me at Go Inward LB for this six week series designed to educate and support you on the natural journey of pregnancy. These yoga classes will dive beyond the asana practice and offer guidance and strength during pregnancy, labor, and birth. Relying on our own feminine intuition, we will honor our own beautiful unique paths as we move through breathe work, meditations, and hatha yoga to connect with our bodies and growing babies. Each week will have a particular theme in which we discuss holistic opportunities to support ourselves during pregnancy.
This Prenatal Yoga Series is designed to help you discover and cultivate your tribe. At Go Inward, our classes are intimate – allowing you to cultivate a relationship with your baby and fellow mamas. Space is limited! Current Classes run 9/16-10/23. $120 for series. Sign on at Go Inward LB.
Ma Yoga Classes @ the Hangout in Long Beach, CA
Ra Yoga in Long Beach, CA
Ra Vinyasa 1 is an introductory class for beginner students who are new to the practice. Proper alignment is taught, explained and demonstrated. Instructors introduce foundational postures and the importance of breath. Cultivating a connection of breath to movement is a taught element of class so that as students’ practices progress, they move toward gracefully portraying the poses together into a continuous flow.
This class is an introduction to heat in a vinyasa style. Intro to level 2 is designed to help students transition from our Level 1 class to a Level 2 class. Postures found in this class will be broken down a little bit more for those students who are still taking Level 1 and have yet to try a Level 2. All are welcome! Heated to 85 degrees.
Ra Vinyasa Level 2 is a continuation class for the Level 1 course focusing on refining the poses and building endurance in the body. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast. This class is taught in a heated environment to encourage detoxification through sweat and enhance muscle and joint opening.

This class is designed for the young family in mind. Suitable for pregnant and postpartum mamas, bring your baby, toddler, preschooler or school-age kid(s) along with your partner, neighbor, friend, ect. Class is designed for all ages and all levels to be able to participate. We ask for 1 adult per 1 child between ages 0-5. If your child is over the age of 5 or able to follow 1 hour of instruction quietly then you (1 adult) may bring more than one child with you.
