Elizabeth offers alignment-based yoga that focuses on breath, stretch, and strength. While her repritore of yoga experience is vast, she is honing her teaching skills in prenatal, postnatal, and mindful flow classes. Elizabeth believes in the importance of slowing down, turning one’s focus inward in order to find your own intuitive strength. Expect her classes to be praynama-based, offering longer holds, and just a bit silly.
